Gift & gift basket deliveries
Please note that we only delivery our gift baskets within South
Australia.
We deliver Monday to Saturday to metro areas.
In most cases, same day delivery is available for all orders
placed by 1:30pm Monday - Friday, and by 12:30pm Saturday.
Quite often we can still arrange delivery with just a couple
of hours notice, however this usually incurs a slightly higher
delivery charge. Please phone us if urgent delivery is required.
Country gift deliveries Delivery to country locations takes 1-2 days.
Country orders placed by 10:30am will generally be delivered
the following business day, however in some instances can take
an additional day.
Country deliveries only take place on weekdays (excluding public
holidays).
Suburbs considered to be country areas are clearly marked in
the suburb drop down box with the word 'country' in brackets.
Where we see fit some items may be substitued for alternate
items to avoid products being heat damaged, due to the amount
of time they will be in transit.
Christmas Deliveries
We will be making deliveries right up until Christmas Eve (as
long as stock is still available). However, to avoid disappointment
we recommend that all Christmas orders be placed as soon as
possible.
Many businesses close at different times over the Christmas
perios so we strongly recommend that you confirm when they will
be closing prior to arranging delivery.
Pick Ups
Do you want us to have a gift ready for you to just swing by
and collect? Please feel free to place an order online and select
"Pick Up" from the top of the suburb drop down box
at the checkout.
In the delivery date field simply put in the date and approximate
time you plan to pick up the order.
If we know you're coming you can even just drive up to our door
and we can run the gift out to you.
Please note you can not collect gifts containing alcohol due
to liquor licensing laws, these items must be delivered to a
third party.
Interstate Delivery (only available on
bomboniere, wedding & hens items)
If ordering from these sections please select "Wedding/Hens
Delivery" standard or express, from the top of the suburb
drop down box at the checkout.

General delivery information
Gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients
address as provided by you.
If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver
the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge
will apply.
If the recipient is not home, the gift will
be left in the location that the courier believes to be the
most secure at that address. If you do not want the gift to
be left if the recipient is not home please state this in the
"Special Instructions" field at the checkout. Please
not a re-delivery fee will then apply.
If the courier does not believe there is a secure
enough location to leave the gift, or they cannot access the
property, an additional delivery charge will apply.
All delivery prices are in Australian Dollars
and include GST.
